NEW PRODUCT STRATEGY
An overview of recommendations regarding Clif Bar (LUNA) new product go-to-market strategies using the 4P’s framework — pricing, placement, promotion & product
THE BRIEF
This project was one of four I completed for Clif Bar over the course of eight weeks. Objectives included providing a business plan and set of recommended strategies to drive growth through refreshing LUNA‘s go-to-market initiatives via the 4P framework (pricing, placement, product, and promotion). In doing so, I worked within the LUNA Brand team under the direction of Emily Rancer.
THE SOLUTION
The result is a deck presented to CB&C leadership that includes first-hand research and analyses using platforms such as IRI, Numerator, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Excel, and more.
Four primary recommendations are given along with case studies, qualitative and quantitative research, and more. Findings represent several million dollars in new revenue.*
This project was completed individually, however, it would not have been possible without the help of countless Clif Bar employees and consultants.
